THE WHO
Leading4Life founder and CEO Tom Coyle gained his leadership experienced on the job, working with a wide diversity of multi-agency teams, including the National Insider Threat Task Force in support of the White House National Security Council and a career Special Agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). He currently serves as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Virginia; sharing his Leadership expertise and experience.

2024 Distinguished Alumni Award- GCDS
Special Agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) for 20 years, investigating serious crimes and supporting national security efforts worldwide. After retiring, he held senior roles at CACI and Leidos, advised top defense and intelligence leaders, and founded Talon Security Solutions, where he serves as CEO. A two-time recipient of the Navy Civilian Meritorious Service Medal, he remains committed to mentorship and education, crediting his lifelong sense of duty to early volunteer service.
